Privacy is very important to us and we are committed to safeguarding your privacy. This Policy details how we collect and use personal information of customers who use our website and services, including, without limitation, our social networking and other interactive media sites, and any other platforms that link to this Policy (each, a site, collectively the “Sites”). This policy does not govern any other information or communications from retailers or brick and mortar stores.

We reserve the right to change this policy at any time. The use of information obtained about you is subject to the Policy in effect at the time of collection. 4. INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN
Lil ‘O’ Blossom does not intend to collect any personal information from children under the age of thirteen. If we learn that the personal information is the information is the information of a child under the age of thirteen, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child has provided any such personal information to us, contact us via email at info@liloblossom.com or at our mailing address noted at the end of this Policy below and request that we delete that information from our systems.
5. COOKIES AND WEB BEACONS
This Site uses cookies, web beacons and similar technologies which we may use to collect information about you, such as, including without limitation, browsing data, Site usage, your preferences and profile information and to collect general usage and volume statistical information to improve Site functionality. A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a Web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive. A web beacon is an object that is embedded in a web page or email that allows us to understand whether the web page or email has been viewed. Our cookies do not collect personal or confidential information and are not spyware. Lil ‘O’ Blossom does not currently take actions to respond to Do Not Track signals.

7. HIPAA
Lil ‘O’ Blossom is not an entity that is covered by HIPAA. The HIPAA privacy rules apply to health plans, health care clearinghouses, to any health care provider who transmits health information in electronic form in connection with transaction for which the Secretary of HHS has adopted standards under HIPAA (the “covered entities”) and their service providers (“business associates”). 8. YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits California residents to request annually, free of charge, a list of the categories of personal information that was shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which Lil ‘O’ Blossom shared information in the immediately preceding calendar year. California residents may make such requests in writing to our mailing address noted at the end of this Policy below.
